It’s one on one prenatal support with me to prepare you for a healing postpartum recovery before your baby arrives. We work together virtually, and I teach you the foods and self-care practices that will rebuild your energy, support your milk supply, balance your hormones, and help you actually heal from birth. So you walk into your recovery already knowing exactly what to do.
Pregnant mamas who want to feel prepared and confident going into postpartum, ideally in your second or third trimester. Whether it’s your first baby or your fourth, if you want to do your recovery differently this time, this is for you.
I walk you through the four phases of postpartum recovery and the healing foods and self-care practices for each one, plus belly binding and the other practices that make a real difference. I also support you with whatever comes up prenatally, and answer your questions along the way.
A minimum of 4 prenatal sessions, and ideally more so we can fully prepare you. We’ll decide the right number together based on your situation.
It’s never too late, Mama. I’ve started with mamas at 37 and even 39 weeks. We’ll make the most of the time we have, and you’ll still feel the difference.
Yes, all of my work is virtual, which means I can give you knowledge that’s hard to find anywhere else. And you can absolutely have an in-person birth doula too. I’m a postpartum doula, so I don’t attend births, but I’m happy to connect you with a local birth doula. You can have it all.
I have a strong background in holistic medicine and Ayurveda, and I’ve been a postpartum doula for 15 years. I’m not the doula who comes over to hold your baby while you shower, as lovely as that is. I teach you how to truly heal from birth, which most doulas don’t do.
Yes to all of it. The food leans vegetarian because meat is heavier and harder to digest while your digestion is rebuilding after birth, but I teach you how to include meat in a nourishing, digestible way. And the principles adapt easily to vegan or gluten-free needs.

Yes, this is one of my favorite things to help with. We focus on nursing for supply and demand, lactation teas, warm milk tonics, and the foods that build your supply back up. I’ve supported many mamas back from the brink of giving up, and they’re still breastfeeding.
Warm, soupy, easy-to-digest foods with good fats and spices, built around rebuilding your digestion first. After birth your digestion is very low, and if you can’t digest your food you don’t actually absorb the nutrients, no matter how healthy you eat. And if you’re breastfeeding, it affects how digestible your milk is for your baby. So we start there, and everything gets easier.
