In our society, the focus is primarily on the baby and the birth, with very little resources going to helping the new mother prepare for the very real challenges of postpartum.
Recovery from birth is a very big deal. The idea that you will just “bounce back” and go on with life as before, is just not realistic.
Ignoring your own recovery needs after birth can have long lasting consequences for your health.
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), over 1/3 of women experience lasting health conditions after childbirth. Studies show that exhaustion, pain during intercourse, urinary incontience, anxiety, postpartum depression, and low milk supply are all common problems that persist for months or even years after giving birth.
You don’t have to be part of this statistic. If more mamas knew some very basic principles of postpartum recovery, these numbers would be way lower.

In this 1-on-1 virtual 4-session coaching series, you will learn The Natural Recovery Method, where together, we will go over my step by step system to help you fully recover from birth.
The Natural Recovery Method is divided into the 4 phases of postpartum healing:
